Meditation & Yoga: Meditation is a tension releasing method which helps the students to accumulate their confidence level through breathing techniques of yoga. Students along with their class teacher perform any one meditation technique before their class on school days. Meditation techniques were trained by the yoga teacher right from Kindergarten. Practising meditation helps the students to improve their concentration skills and get ready for their daily classes. It helps them in future to handle life situations. Yoga classes are provided from Class 2 onwards. Students used to participate in State level yoga competitions and come out with flying colours.
